Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Palm Collective! Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
Store Credit Only: We issue store credit for all eligible returns.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defected, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations and Changes:
At this time we are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for ANY reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.
