Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see your shipping costs before your order is finalized.

Shipping that we offer:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking: 

Soon after your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the UPS website for a real-time update.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive for your order to arrive in a timely manner, please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unknown circumstances. To know all of these details, we recommend checking your tracking number for the latest update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
